Happiness is an embodied escapade. It does not need to be exhibited to be mastered, it is present and is laborious to quantify. We must contemplate why a certain sitch might make a person feel happy or hostile to another, rather we look into a person's intention and their profoundly ingrained needs. Funds may improve an individual's condition and as a matter of fact make them felicitious, while others accept the black and whites of life and satisfy themselves around it.

There are some grounds for wanting for happiness, it's an inherent need we have to feel the presence and pleasures in life so the positive bits must exceed the negatives. So embracing the positive aspect can lead to happiness the emotional benefit of utmost satisfaction.

Happiness is related to permanence, your health enhances when being content is practiced, coping with stress and life is triumphant in your eyes while doing so. You can exercise happiness and gratitude habitually for additional merriment, as an undertaking which will bestow to feelings of happiness by having an extensive interrelationship with others, family, by showing random deeds of kindness.

How do you identify deep level of cognizance, in simple words acknowledge? Is by practicing and regarding 'Gratitude' it's a positive emotion which can be a consistently carried out regularly. We can feel overwhelmed with negativity with the life challenges which is unavoidable. Instead, if the focus is on sending out positive energy and appreciating all the good things in life we can seize for the day. Gratitude is contagious when you extend your help wholly to others without conditions attached it shoots our own happiness and gives away outward ripple effect which is the nature of help extended to others.

So, it's better not to get carried away with damaging thoughts which causes stress and anxiety when it turns inward, rather embracing gratitude and seeing forward with a clear mindset. Using gratitude emotes positivity and life improves, it can be considered as a strength your likely to forgive and forget and become more selfless which also boosts the bonds when your thankful to others. Personally, for me practicing gratitude has immensely helped me to cherish in the present rather than focusing on what's missing. Initially it was a nightmare as I was a person accustomed to certain rules I had to follow but my health had to pay brutally and cost me a lot, that's when I realised nothing is more than yourself and pleasing everyone was not my cup of tea after all. Mind is so powerful if you became a slave you behave like one so setting your paths right and having clarity helps, still a long way to go but focused on my progress and practicing gratitude has tremendous positive outcome in my life.

If there is one dramatic life incident or occur repeatedly no wonder we fear the worst, so we take a hold on ourselves get fixated on the positive aspect and keep ourselves serene and shift our focus on calming our minds and body. Meditation, yoga and guided visualisation techniques are beneficial, instead of immersing our minds in a cycle of doubt and fear which leads to anxiety and panic attacks. So, intentional negativism may result in your negativity skyrocketing in no time!

Self limiting thoughts gets you what you expect the results are already in front of you, and experiencing any emotion is better to understand and deal with them rather than suppressing or allowing them to govern your thoughts and behaviour moving forward, so don't lock yourself in that zone. Indulging in positive psychology allows you to disconnect from negative blocks.

Let's be happier and fight for ourselves and not give up!
